Multimedia Consultant · Creative Consigliere · Colombo, Sri Lanka
Milinda Foxx is a third-generation Thomian. His formation began at S. Thomas' College, Mount Lavinia, founded in 1851 on the traditions of the British public school system. There, discipline and character were never taught as ideals. They were expected, and that expectation has shaped every role he has taken on since.
His professional qualifications in multimedia, through Pearson and Kingston University, are rooted in London, United Kingdom.
For over five years, Foxx has served as Executive Assistant to Chandran Rutnam, Chairman and Director of Asian Film Location Services (Pvt) Ltd., Asian Aviation Centre and Thaprobane Pictures. The role places him at the working core of international film production, literary development and institutional media.
That work includes Rihana (2026), Sri Lanka's highest-budgeted international motion picture, starring Jeremy Irons and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar. Foxx served as Executive Assistant to the Director throughout the production and took on Production Manager duties during pre-production.
Beyond film, he has supported the development of four books, including the director's autobiography, and manages and coordinates the Asian Film Academy.
Foxx contributed research to Channel 4's Dispatches documentary Sri Lanka's Easter Bombings, working within the editorial standards of British investigative journalism.
Before that, he built a full technical command of broadcast production at Shraddha Media Network, across editing, audio design, colour grading, motion graphics, visual effects and animation. His work there was formally recognised by Most Ven. Aludeniye Subodhi Thero, Senior Advisor to the network, and by CEO Prasad Binuwara.
MotionFoxx™ is the name that unites this body of work. It stands for precision, disciplined execution and creative intelligence, guided by a philosophy he calls Radioactive Love. The belief beneath it is simple: the work is the only argument that matters.
Several projects remain in active development and are not discussed publicly.
